Join Chef Partner Robert Sisca, Executive Pastry Chef Tab Volpe, and Beverage Director Ben Chesna for the debut of Bistro du Midiโ€™s new summer tasting menu, inspired by the vibrant flavors and coastal elegance of Southern France in the summer. Le Midi refers to the countryโ€™s sun-soaked southern regions, from Provence to the Cรดte dโ€™Azur, known for Mediterranean seafood, exceptional rosรฉ, and relaxed summer dining. Thoughtfully paired wines from Bandol, Burgundy, Bordeaux, and beyond will accompany a seasonal multi-course experience highlighting heirloom tomatoes, melon, zucchini, sweet corn, black truffle, and other peak-summer ingredients through the lens of refined French technique.
