Join us for a one-night-only dinner celebrating the peak of Australian winter black truffle season. Chef Partner Robert Sisca has created an elegant six-course tasting menu showcasing this exceptional ingredient, thoughtfully paired with wines selected by Beverage Director Ben Chesna.
