Join Chef Partner Robert Sisca, Executive Pastry Chef Tab Volpe, and Beverage Director Ben Chesna for the debut of Bistro du Midiโs new summer tasting menu, inspired by the vibrant flavors and coastal elegance of Southern France in the summer. Le Midi refers to the countryโs sun-soaked southern regions, from Provence to the Cรดte dโAzur, known for Mediterranean seafood, exceptional rosรฉ, and relaxed summer dining. Thoughtfully paired wines from Bandol, Burgundy, Bordeaux, and beyond will accompany a seasonal multi-course experience highlighting heirloom tomatoes, melon, zucchini, sweet corn, black truffle, and other peak-summer ingredients through the lens of refined French technique.
